This policy explains what Nexlyr AI collects and why. Nexlyr AI is operated by Nexlyr Solutions Ltd, the data controller, registered in England and Wales (company number 17062750).

What we collect

• Your account email address, so you can sign in and we can contact you about the service.
• The decks you create and your saved library, so your work is there when you return.
• Usage records, such as how many decks you have made, to run your plan and improve the product.
• Basic technical and error information, to keep the service reliable.

Your uploaded files

Files you upload are read to build your deck and are not stored afterwards. Only the deck you create is saved to your account.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service: Supabase for accounts and storage, Stripe for payments, an AI provider to generate your decks, and error reporting to keep things reliable. They process data on our instructions.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe processes your payment information under its own terms.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and you can ask us to stop processing it. Deleting your account removes your decks, library and usage records. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. We keep limited records longer only where the law requires it, for example for tax and accounting.
