Terms of Service

Nexlyr AI is operated by Nexlyr Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17062750). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Nexlyr AI turns documents and instructions you provide into editable PowerPoint presentations. We aim to keep figures grounded in the material you supply, but you are responsible for checking the output before you rely on it or share it.

Your account

You need an account to create decks. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

Emails

By creating an account you agree to receive account and service emails from us, and an occasional product update. Every product update carries a one-click unsubscribe link, so you can opt out of product updates at any time without leaving the service. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nexlyr AI to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, upload material you do not have the right to use, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. Our full Acceptable Use Policy sets out the detail. We may suspend accounts that breach it.

Plans and payment

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your content

You keep ownership of the material you upload and the decks you create. Uploaded files are used to build your deck and are not stored afterwards. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your material and provide the service.

To make later decks better, Nexlyr AI keeps the key facts and figures it reads from your uploads as your workspace's memory. You control this on the My workspaces page, where you can edit or remove any fact or clear a workspace; see our Privacy Policy for detail.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We work to keep it reliable but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Nexlyr Solutions Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
