Are the numbers calculated or estimated?+
Calculated. The analysis runs in code on your actual data, so a 4.7% variance is 4.7%, not roughly five. Any figure that cannot be verified against your material is cut rather than shipped.
Can it compare this month to previous periods?+
Yes. Give it both periods' files and it computes the movement between them. Connect the deck to a workspace and prior uploads stay available for future comparisons.
We produce this pack every month. Does it start from scratch each time?+
No. Revise last month's deck with the new export and a line on what changed, and you get a new version that keeps the structure and updates the story.
What happens to the financials we upload?+
Files are read to build the deck and are not stored afterwards. Keeping data for period comparisons is a deliberate opt-in through workspaces, and it can be switched off entirely.
